Wie is verantwoordelijk?

Kroebelz Digital is de onderneming van Lars Croubels, webdesigner en webontwikkelaar uit Ingelmunster (België). Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens zoals beschreven in dit privacybeleid.

Welke gegevens verwerk ik?

Ik verwerk alleen gegevens die je zelf met me deelt of die technisch nodig zijn om deze website te tonen.

• Contactaanvragen. Via het contactformulier of per e-mail: je naam, je e-mailadres, het soort project en de inhoud van je bericht. Het formulier verstuurt zelf niets, maar opent je eigen e-mailprogramma met een ingevuld bericht. Je gegevens bereiken mij pas wanneer jij die e-mail verstuurt.
• WhatsApp en telefoon. Je telefoonnummer, je naam zoals die in WhatsApp staat en de inhoud van je berichten.
• Klantgegevens. Word je klant, dan verwerk ik ook de gegevens die nodig zijn om de opdracht uit te voeren en te factureren, zoals je bedrijfsnaam, adres en btw-nummer.
• Technische gegevens. Bij elk bezoek verwerken de hostingprovider van deze website en het content delivery network jsDelivr technische gegevens zoals je IP-adres, je browsertype en het tijdstip van je bezoek. Dat is nodig om de website snel en veilig te tonen.
• Voorkeuren op je toestel. Met jouw toestemming onthoudt de website je taalkeuze. Meer daarover lees je in het cookiebeleid.

Ik gebruik geen analysetools, trackingpixels of advertentiecookies en ik maak geen profielen van bezoekers. De lettertypes van deze website worden vanaf de eigen server geladen, niet via Google.

Waarom verwerk ik je gegevens?

Ik gebruik je gegevens alleen voor de doelen hieronder, telkens op basis van een rechtsgrond uit de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

• Je vraag beantwoorden en een offerte opmaken: om op jouw verzoek stappen te zetten vóór een overeenkomst (art. 6.1.b AVG).
• Een opdracht uitvoeren en factureren: voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (art. 6.1.b AVG) en om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen, zoals de boekhoudwetgeving (art. 6.1.c AVG).
• De website aanbieden en beveiligen: op basis van mijn gerechtvaardigd belang bij een werkende, snelle en veilige website (art. 6.1.f AVG).
• Je taalkeuze onthouden en externe media laden: alleen met jouw toestemming (art. 6.1.a AVG). Je kunt die toestemming op elk moment intrekken via de privacyvoorkeuren onderaan elke pagina.

Hoe lang bewaar ik je gegevens?

• Contactaanvragen zonder vervolg bewaar ik maximaal twee jaar na ons laatste contact.
• Gegevens van klanten en facturen bewaar ik zolang de wettelijke bewaartermijnen dat vereisen, zoals de boekhoudkundige en fiscale bewaarplicht.
• Je voorkeuren blijven in je browser bewaard tot je ze wijzigt of je browsergegevens wist. Je cookiekeuze vraag ik na zes maanden opnieuw.

Met wie deel ik je gegevens?

Ik verkoop je gegevens nooit en deel ze niet voor marketingdoeleinden. Ik werk wel met een beperkt aantal dienstverleners die gegevens in mijn opdracht of voor hun eigen dienst verwerken:

• mijn e-mail- en hostingprovider, om e-mails te ontvangen en de website online te houden;
• jsDelivr, dat de bestanden van het Bootstrap-framework levert waarmee deze website gebouwd is;
• WhatsApp (Meta), alleen wanneer je zelf kiest om via WhatsApp contact op te nemen. Daarvoor geldt het privacybeleid van WhatsApp;
• overheidsinstanties, wanneer de wet mij daartoe verplicht.

Sommige van deze diensten kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken. Dat gebeurt dan alleen met passende waarborgen, zoals een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie of door de Commissie goedgekeurde standaardcontractbepalingen.

Deze website bevat ook links naar andere websites, zoals de projecten in mijn portfolio. Voor die websites geldt hun eigen privacybeleid.

Jouw rechten

Je hebt het recht om je gegevens in te zien, te laten verbeteren of verwijderen, de verwerking te laten beperken, bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking en je gegevens over te dragen. Heb je toestemming gegeven, dan kun je die op elk moment intrekken.

Stuur je verzoek naar info@kroebelzdigital.be. Ik antwoord binnen een maand. Om misbruik te voorkomen, kan ik je vragen om je identiteit te bevestigen.

Ben je niet tevreden over hoe ik met je gegevens omga? Dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

Beveiliging

Ik neem passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen tegen verlies en ongeoorloofde toegang. Alleen ikzelf en de dienstverleners hierboven hebben toegang tot je gegevens, en alleen voor zover dat nodig is.

Wijzigingen en contact

Ik kan dit privacybeleid aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer de website verandert of de wetgeving wijzigt. De datum bovenaan toont wanneer het voor het laatst is bijgewerkt. Heb je vragen? Mail gerust naar info@kroebelzdigital.be.

What data do I process?

I only process data you share with me yourself, or data that is technically needed to show this website.

• Enquiries. Through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address, the type of project and the content of your message. The form doesn't send anything itself; it opens your own email app with a prepared message. Your data only reaches me once you send that email.
• WhatsApp and phone. Your phone number, your name as shown in WhatsApp and the content of your messages.
• Client data. If you become a client, I also process the data needed to carry out and invoice the work, such as your company name, address and VAT number.
• Technical data. On every visit, this website's hosting provider and the content delivery network jsDelivr process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is needed to show the website quickly and securely.
• Preferences on your device. With your consent, the website remembers your language. You can read more about this in the cookie policy.

I don't use analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising cookies, and I don't build visitor profiles. The fonts on this website are served from its own server, not from Google.

Why do I process your data?

I only use your data for the purposes below, each based on a legal ground under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Answering your question and preparing a quote: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Carrying out and invoicing a project: to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations such as accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Providing and securing the website: based on my legitimate interest in a working, fast and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Remembering your language and loading external media: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the privacy preferences at the bottom of every page.

How long do I keep your data?

• Enquiries that don't lead to a project are kept for no more than two years after our last contact.
• Client data and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires, such as the statutory accounting and tax retention periods.
• Your preferences stay stored in your browser until you change them or clear your browsing data. I ask for your cookie choice again after six months.

Who do I share your data with?

I never sell your data and I don't share it for marketing purposes. I do work with a small number of service providers that process data on my behalf or as part of their own service:

• my email and hosting providers, to receive emails and keep the website online;
• jsDelivr, which delivers the Bootstrap framework files this website is built with;
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact me via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies;
• public authorities, where the law requires me to.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

This website also links to other websites, such as the projects in my portfolio. Those websites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Send your request to info@kroebelzdigital.be. I'll respond within one month. To prevent misuse, I may ask you to confirm your identity.

Not happy with how I handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Only I and the service providers listed above have access to your data, and only to the extent necessary.

Changes and contact
